Programme Officer PPA
Based in Peru

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional in programme and social project management who will be the main regional contact point for global PPA monitoring within Christian Aid and will be charged with communicating the impact from the Andean / Amazonian regions effectively and opportunely in consolidated reports (in English) to be submitted internally and to DFID.

Requirements:
Have knowledge in the programme field, postgraduate qualification on Project Management is desirable. Familiarity with a range of programme cycle management tools and methods. Understanding of quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies. Extensive experience of development and livelihoods programme management and monitoring and evaluation. Excellent facilitation skills and ability to promote critical thinking and reflection. Track record of promoting organisational learning.
